The Uppsala University Foundations Management of Estates and Funds, called Uppsala Akademiförvaltning in Swedish, is one of the largest private property owners in Uppsala. The number of residential apartments we communicate with students and individuals is about 800 and in total we offer 150,000 square meters for offices, hotels and shops.
