Sung scenes from a film unseen
The Royal Hall, The Royal College of Music, Stockholm
Sunday, February 5, at 15:00
On February 5, Orphei Drängar sings music written by five former KMH students in film music and composition! In autumn 2020, they were each given the task of writing an a cappella piece based on a cinematic feeling or a cinematic event. Music for movies that haven’t been made yet! Who knows, maybe we’ll hear bits about space travel and robots? Or maybe a ballad about love in a post-apocalyptic world? Whatever it is, it’s guaranteed to be an unforgettable concert experience. In addition to the five premieres, Orphei Drängar performs a number of men’s choir classics. Welcome!
