The Greatest Video Games Music

In 2016, OD released the album The Greatest Video Game Music – Choral Edition (Universal/X5 Music), featuring soprano Myrra Malmberg as soloist. The album was launched globally by Universal alongside a film production from the premiere concert at the German Church in Stockholm’s Old Town, where Sweden’s leading cosplay artists also took part.

The recording quickly became one of the most downloaded classical music releases in the United States during the spring of 2016. The programme has also been performed at DreamHack in Jönköping and in concert with the Gävle Symphony Orchestra. OD’s collaboration with the record label X5 Music, producer, and arranger Peter Nordahl began when the choir performed at the 2014 Swedish Grammis Awards at Cirkus in Stockholm. The event was organised by SVT in collaboration with the production company HOS (HelenaOchSofie).
